Grate orange rind into butter. Dip each biscuit in orange butter mixture and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish overlapping each biscuit slightly. Make 3 rows of 10 biscuits. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until edges start to turn brown. Add powdered sugar to remaining butter. Cut orange in fourths and squeeze orange juice into powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread on warm rolls.
