Melt butler in skillet. Add onion and cook until soft. Scrub and quarter potatoes and add to onion. Add rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook on medium-high for 10 minutes until potatoes begin to brown. Place in 2-quart baking dish and add broth. Cover and bake al 375°F for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
