Peel potatoes and cut in pieces. Place in large saucepan filled with 2 inches of water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain and mash until smooth, adding a little milk if potatoes are too dry. Put butter, cheese, milk and salt in saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is melted and smooth. Stir into potatoes. Fold in eggs. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 375°F for 40 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
