Scrub potatoes and quarter. Peel and cut carrots in half lengthwise and then quarter. Cut onion in eighths. Mix chicken bouillon in hot water and stir until dissolved. Arrange vegetables in large baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour chicken broth over. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Slice zucchini and add to vegetables. Bake for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
