Add 1 inch of water to large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add vegetables. Cover and cook on medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add garlic powder, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to blend. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
