Peel and cut potatoes in small pieces. Place in large saucepan filled with 2 inches of water. Bring to boil on high heat. Lower heat and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain and mash. Add cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, onion and salt. Mix with mixer just until smooth. Do not over beat. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt remaining butter. Drizzle over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
