Melt butter in skillet. Add carrots and green beans. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add onion and cook for another minute. Combine water, chicken bouillon, cornstarch and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and add to vegetables. Stir over medium heat until thickened. Add cashews before serving.
