1. Place reserved bean liquid, the sesame seeds and garlic in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed until mixed.
2. Add beans, lemon juice and salt. Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides if necessary, until uniform consistency.
3. Spoon dip into serving dish. Garnish with parsley. Serve with pita bread wedges, crackers or raw vegetables.
