1 pound whiting sole, or turbot fillets
1 10 1/2-ounce can cream of shrimp soup
1 1/2 cups round buttery crackers crushed
1/4 cup margarine melted
1 tablespoon onions grated
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
Heat oven to 375° F. Place fillets in a greased shallow baking dish. Spread soup over top; sprinkle with crushed crackers. Mix together margarine, onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and lemon juice; pour over crackers. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and fish flakes easily.
Note: Add 1/2 cup tiny shrimp to the sauce for an extra touch.
