In a small bowl, mix sour cream and dill. Spoon into a serving bowl cover and chill.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease two baking sheets. Drain, bone and flake salmon. In a medium bowl, mix salmon, bread crumbs, eggs, celery, onion, parsley, lemon juice and salt until well blended.
Form a level tablespoon of mixture into a ball, roll in corn flakes and place on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until set and hot.
To serve, arrange salmon balls on a warming tray. Serve with dill sauce and lemon. Provide small plates and tongs or a pickle fork.
