Lightly oil a 1 1/2 -cup bowl. In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat tuna and cream cheese just until blended.
Beat in nuts, olives, onion, mustard, thyme, salt and hot pepper sauce. Pack firmly into bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
To serve, loosen edges with a spatula and unmold onto a serving dish. Smooth surface with a spatula. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers.
