Place the turkey breast in the crockpot with a small amount of water or boullion. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on package and pack on or around turkey, patting down, but not packing it tight. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours, or until turkey is very tender. If the dressing gets too soggy, remove it and spread in a shallow pan. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until brown and crusty. There will be enough juice in the pot to make gravy by thickening with a paste of flour and butter (ROUX) and cooking on HIGH until thickened.
