Preheat oven to 425°. Plump raisins in 2 tablespoons bourbon. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons bourbon over sliced apples.
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add sugar mixture, raisins, and nuts to apples and mix thoroughly. Put in crust. Bake in lower third of oven for 50–60 minutes.
