Peel and core apples and cut into 40 wedges. Pat out biscuits and wrap 2 pieces of apple in each one. Place in a greased, 9x13-inch baking pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Mix Sprite, sugar, and margarine in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over the dumplings and sprinkle lightly with additional cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400° for 12–15 minutes or until biscuits are a golden brown.
