In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs and egg add one cup catsup. Once all is moistened, form a loaf shape and place into a 9" x 9" baking dish coated with non-stick vegetable spray. In a small mixing bowl, blend together remaining catsup, vinegar and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour catsup mixture on top of meat loaf. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for one hour or until done.
