Brown beef, turkey and onion together in a large skillet over medium heat. Place mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 13" x 9" baking dish. Cover beef mixture with sauerkraut top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
