In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream and 3/4 of cheese together. In a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking dish, place macaroni and ham. Add sour cream mixture to baking dish stir until blended. Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
