In a medium saucepan, heat cranberry sauce over medium heat, stirring often until smooth. In a large skillet over medium heat, fry kielbasa until heated thorough and browned on all sides. Combine cranberry sauce with kielbasa continue to heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and mix well.
