Pound pork to 1/4-inch thickness coat with flour. Heat one tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork and sauté about 5 to 6 minutes or until brown on both sides. In a small mixing bowl, soften remaining butter and mix with honey and pecans add to skillet, stir gently. Cover and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove to a serving platter and spoon sauce over pork.
