1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease shallow roasting pan. Sprinkle inside of fish with salt. Place in greased pan brush with about 1 tablespoon of the margarine.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 40 to 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, basting occasionally with remaining 1 tablespoon melted margarine.
