1. In shallow dish, combine egg and milk blend well. Place flour in another shallow dish. Dip fish in egg mixture coat with flour.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish cook 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork, turning once during cooking. If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste.
