1. Arrange fish fillets, skin side up, on broiler pan. Brush both sides of fish with margarine.
2. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and basting with margarine. If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste.
TIP: * To broil fish steaks that are 1/2 to 1 inch thick, broil 10 to 12 minutes.
