Serves: 5
Allow one whole 1 to 2-pound lobster or 1/2-pound lobster tail per serving. One 1/2-pound tail or a 1-pound whole lobster will yield 4 to 5 ounces, or 1 cup, of cooked lobster meat.
Cooked lobster meat does not need to be reheated before serving, only thawed if frozen.
