1. In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine all ingredients except tomato and green chiles cover and blend until smooth. Place in medium bowl.
2. Stir in tomato and green chiles. Cover refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
TIP: To serve guacamole in avocado shells, cut unpeeled avocados in half lengthwise. Remove pits scoop fruit from shells with spoon. Prepare recipe as directed above. Fill shells with dip refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
