Combine milk, butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in chocolate chips. Remove from heat and set pan in cold water; stir slowly, being sure not to get water in frosting. Use immediately.
Tip: Counting calories? Try using applesauce instead of oil in brownie recipes. Applesauce makes brownies extra moist and works just as well as oil.
