Grandpa's Bread Pudding

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 slices bread, torn and divided
1 (16-ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 Garnish: cinnamon

Directions:

Mix together eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla; set aside. Arrange half the bread in a greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Pour fruit over top; cover with remaining bread. Pour egg mixture over top; drizzle with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
