Combine all ingredients except frosting in a large bowl; mix well. Form into a ball; wrap with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 2 days. Roll out dough to desired thickness on a lightly floured surface, working in a little more flour if needed to get desired consistency. Cut out with your favorite cookie cutters; arrange on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are golden. Let cool and frost as desired.
Tip: Sprinkle powdered sugar on the countertop or table when rolling out cookie dough…so much tastier than using flour and it works just as well!
