Mix together margarine and graham cracker crumbs; press into a lightly greased 9"x9" baking pan. Layer with coconut, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Pour condensed milk over top; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool; cut into bars.
Tip: Be sure to use regular stick margarine in cookie recipes. Reduced-fat margarine has a much higher water content that will cause cookies not to bake up properly.
