In a bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and 1/3 cup soup. Form into 6 oval patties. Brown patties in a skillet over medium heat; drain. In a bowl, stir flour into remaining soup; add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over patties. Stir to loosen any brown bits in the bottom of the skillet. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Tip: Add the words “You Are Special Today” around the rim of a dinner plate with a glass paint pen. Reserve it for family birthdays and graduations...even for small accomplishments like a child learning to tie her shoes. It’s sure to become a cherished tradition.
