Cover potatoes with water in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until soft, about 15 minutes; drain well on paper towels. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic for about one minute. Add potatoes and seasonings to skillet. Cook until golden, stirring often, about 5 minutes.
Tip: Separate frozen vegetables in a jiffy...place them in a colander and run under cold water.
