In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, cheese, parsley and garlic salt. Stir in milk until a soft dough forms. Pat out dough on a floured surface; cut out 8 biscuits with a round cutter. Press each biscuit into a muffin cup coated with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden. Mix butter and garlic powder in a small bowl; brush over biscuits. Serve warm.
