Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir until moistened. Pour batter into a greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to one hour, until crunchy on top. Serve warm.
Tip: Make mealtime extra special with cloth napkins...pretty place settings too! Simply glue wooden alphabet letter initials to plain napkin rings.
