Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients except chips. Add noodles; mix well. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with crushed chips. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Tip: Soft bread crumbs tossed with melted butter are a classic crumb topping for casseroles. Crushed tortilla chips, pretzels or savory snack crackers are all tasty too.
