1 brie cheese (do not remove rind)
2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
1/4 cup diced peeled mangos
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Place Brie cheese in small, shallow baking dish or 8-inch pie pan. Spread raspberry preserves over cheese; top with mango. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
2. Bake at 400°F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until sides of cheese are softened. Serve with crackers.
