Cranberry-Glazed Appetizer Meatballs |

Prep Time: 40 minutes (ready in 1 hour 10 minutes) - Yield: 60 meatballs; 30 servings
MEATBALLS
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
SAUCE
1 (12-ounce) bottle (1 1/2 cups) chili sauce
1 (8-ounce) can (about 1 cup) jellied cranberry sauce
1. Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls; place in ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
2. Bake at 375°F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until meatballs are browned and no longer pink in center.
3. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients; blend well. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add meatballs to sauce; stir to coat. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
