Set oven to 325°. Fry bacon, drain grease, and chop or tear into bite-size pieces. Cook onion in a small amount of bacon grease until golden in color. Pour all 3 cans of beans into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Add bacon, onion, pineapple, and green pepper. In small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard. Stir ketchup mixture into bean mixture. Bake for 40–50 minutes or until juices bubble.
