Combine all ingredients except potatoes in a large bowl, until well blended. Add potatoes and coat thoroughly in mixture. Arrange potatoes in a greased 9x13-inch pan and pour juice remaining in the bowl over top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 1 hour. Uncover and continue baking another 30 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through.
