If a meal's not quick and easy, it's not made in my home," says Sandy Bradley. Sandy learned how to cook "by reading cookbooks and trial and error," she says. Her recipe for Ham and Eggs Frittata Biscuits was inspired by a restaurant dish she modified to reflect her own tastes. But hers wasn't the only palate pleased: "I served this to my husband and toddler for Father's Day. Wow!" Now she makes the recipe often after coming home from work or for Sunday breakfast. "It fits well with a busy lifestyle," she says.
