1 6-ounce can mushrooms sliced, drained
1 8-ounce package frozen imitation crab meat partially thawed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon parsley dried, crushed
1 1/2 cups croutons cheese-and-garlic
Paprika
* Preparation Time: 35 minutes Storage Time: Up to 4 hours Baking Time: 25 to 30 minutes Butter a 9-inch pie plate. Spread mushrooms in bottom of plate; set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce and parsley. Spoon over fish. Top with croutons. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
Bell: Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and croutons are lightly browned.
