1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 cup graham crackers crumbs (about 13 squares)
1 pound ham smoked, cut in pieces
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound ground beef
1 10 1/2-ounce can tomato soup condensed
2/3 cup brown sugar packed
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
* Preparation Time: 15 to 20 minutes Storage Time: Up to 24 hours Baking Time: 1 hour In a large bowl, stir milk and onion. Stir in crumbs; set aside.
Place ham in a food processor bowl fitted with the metal blade. Cover and process until ground. Transfer to the large bowl along with pork and beef. Mix well. Make eight individual loaves, using about 1/2 cup of the mixture for each. Place in a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Bell: In a small bowl, mix soup, brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard. Pour over ham loaves.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
Freezer Storage: Place unbaked loaves on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze. When frozen, wrap individually in foil or place in freezer bags. Store up to 1 month. Thaw in the refrigerator. Prepare sauce and bake as above.
