1 16-ounce package frozen sole flounder or cod fillets
1 4-ounce can mushrooms sliced, drained
1/4 cup green bell peppers chopped
1 8-ounce can pizza sauce (1 cup)
4 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded (about 1 cup)
* Preparation Time: 10 minutes Storage Time: At least 4 or up to 24 hours Baking Time: 20 minutes Cut frozen fish into four equal portions. Place in a 9-inch pie plate. Top with mushrooms and green pepper. Pour pizza sauce over vegetables. Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 or up to 24 hours.
Bell: Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily and cheese melts.
