4 pita bread whole wheat or regular
2 cups spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and tomatoes
1/2 cup red onions chopped
1 2 1/4-ounce can olives sliced ripe
1 3 1/2-ounce package pepperoni sliced
8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded (about 2 cups)
* Preparation Time: 15 minutes Storage Time: Up to 24 hours Heating Time: 10 minutes Split each pita in half horizontally, making two circles.
Bell: Uncover and bake on baking sheet in a preheated 400° oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and pizza is heated through.
Freezer Storage: Freeze pizzas on baking sheet, about 2 hours. Wrap individually in foil and freeze up to 3 months. Bake for 15 minutes.
Microwave Heating: Uncover pizzas. Place refrigerated pizzas, one at a time, on a microwavable plate. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts, turning plate one-half turn every 1/2 minute. Remove from microwave oven. Cover with foil and let stand for 1 minute.
