1. In blender container, combine all ingredients blend until smooth. Pour mixture over pork cutlets, tenderloin, chops or cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
2. Bake, grill or broil pork as desired, spooning or brushing marinade over pork halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.
