1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all loaf ingredients mix well. Shape into 2 loaves. Place side by side in ungreased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine all glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer 1 minute or until brown sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.
3. Brush ham loaves with part of glaze. Bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is firm, basting frequently. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
