Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, brown sausage and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Add remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese to skillet. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 10 minutes. Place cooked spaghetti in a greased deep 13"x9" baking pan. Add sausage mixture to spaghetti; mix gently. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Tip: For baked pasta casseroles, cook pasta for the shortest cooking time recommended on the package. It’s not necessary to rinse the cooked pasta; just drain well.
