Place chicken in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Season with salt and pepper; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; cook over low heat until margarine melts. Drizzle over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, or until golden and chicken juices run clear when pierced.
