Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds. Add undrained tomatoes; heat through. Add Alfredo sauce and chicken broth or milk. Stir until heated through; add seasonings. Serve over cooked pasta.
Tip: For a delicious, healthy change from regular pasta, make “noodles” from zucchini or summer squash. Cut the squash into long, thin strips, steam lightly or sauté in a little olive oil and toss with your favorite pasta sauce. Squash can also be sliced thinly, steamed and used instead of lasagna noodles. Give it a try!
