Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package rotini pasta, uncooked
1 red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (5-ounce) jar green olives with pimentos, drained
1 (4-ounce) can black olives, drained
1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add olives; continue to sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add pasta to the skillet and toss to mix. Add marinara sauce; stir well and heat through. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
