Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until lightly browned. Add onion, green peppers and tomatoes; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add garlic and seasonings; stir and add tomato sauce. Reduce heat slightly; cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
Tip: To cook up perfect pasta, fill a large pot with water (one gallon to one pound of pasta) and bring to a rolling boil. Add a tablespoon of salt, if desired. Stir in pasta; return to a rolling boil. Boil, uncovered, for the time recommended on package. There’s no need to add oil...frequent stirring will keep pasta from sticking together.
