Combine strawberries, sugar, honey, lemon juice and 2 cups ice in a food processor or blender; process until chunky. Add remaining ice and blend until completely smooth. Pour mixture into a shallow baking pan; cover and freeze for 30 minutes. With a fork, scrape ice until slushy; cover and return to freezer until firm, about 2 hours.
